For EPSON Ink Cartridges

Firstly, remove the cartridges. To do this you have to request for a « cartridge replacement ». If this option is unavailable, switch the printer on, when the cartridge holder begins to move from side to side, cut the power (by removing the power cable for instance). GENTLY move the holder to its « cartridge replacement » position. Take out the cartridge & put a couple of drops of flush onto the contact pads in the printer - leave for 10 minutes - re-install the cartridges & do 2-3 cleaning cycles.
